Terms of use
Who runs the site
enahub.gr is run by ena Σύμβουλοι Ανάπτυξης (ena Development Consultants), Xanthi, Greece (full details in the Legal notice). By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use it.
Booking requests
The form sends a request, not a reservation. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing, and the price, dates, services and cancellation terms agreed at that point govern the event.
For some bookings we ask for a deposit, which you pay by card through Stripe from a link we send you. Your card details are handled by Stripe only; we never see them. If we cannot provide the venue or organise the event, we refund the deposit in full to the same card. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
Please give accurate details. If you send a request on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Information on the site
We try to keep room sizes, capacities, photos and amenities up to date. They are general information: capacity depends on the layout, and equipment can change. Ask us to confirm anything that matters for your event.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the site for anything unlawful
- send spam or automated submissions through the form
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its back office or its server
- upload malicious code or interfere with how the site works

Liability
We provide the site as it is and can't guarantee it will always work without interruptions or errors. As far as Greek law allows, we aren't liable for loss caused by using the site or relying on its content. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence (Article 332 of the Greek Civil Code) or your rights as a consumer under Law 2251/1994.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Greek law governs these terms. The courts of Xanthi have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
